Hydraulic couplings
The DRK coupling is designed to connect pipes with sockets, which are made of unequal materials – suitable for steel, cast iron and asbestos-cement pipes. It is mounted on straight sections of the pipeline.
It is a double socket socket (made of high quality steel) coated with epoxy powder (thickness 250 microns). Painted in RAL5015 color. The kit includes two cuffs molded from EPDM rubber. Both ends have caps, which are metal rings equipped with holes for studs. The caps are also covered with a protective epoxy powder 250 microns thick.
Working pressure 1.6 MPa.
The temperature of the working medium can vary from 0°C to +110°C.
The angular deviation must not exceed 4°.
PFRK flange couplings are used in the installation of pipelines for various purposes and make it possible to provide an exit from a smooth pipe to a flange. They are suitable for steel, cast iron and asbestos-cement pipes connected to any elements of flanged fittings.
The flange coupling itself is a stainless steel body in the form of a socket pipe with a welded flange. The composition also includes a rubber cuff, a cap and hardware.
The coupling is covered with a protective layer of epoxy powder, the thickness of which is 250 microns. Colour: RAL5015.
Installation is carried out on straight sections of pipelines.
Working pressure from 1.0 to 1.6 MPa.
The temperature of the working medium can vary from 0°C to +110°C.
Angular deviation: up to 4°.
Hydraulic couplings are used for pipeline repair and installation. Suitable for pipelines transporting aqueous solutions of various qualities, chemical products, air, solids. Compatible with cast iron, steel, wrought iron, asbestos cement piping.
Working pressure up to 3.4 MPa.
The coupling itself is a steel case with a liner welded to it. There is a clamping unit (lock), a petal-type rubber seal, two anchor rings.
Working temperature is from -20 С° to +100 С°.
